Radiology, allied health education
Penny Conners has 30 years of experience in the field of health education, with specific expertise in radiology. Before joining Valencia College as dean of the allied health division in 2010, Conners served as the assistant director of the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) in Chicago. She also spent more than two decades working in health and career education at Kaskaskia Community College in Centralia, Ill., where she served as dean of career and technical education.
She earned her master’s degree in educational administration from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Ill., with a specialization in workforce, education, and training.
