The office of Marketing and Strategic Communications will institute a deadline for the submission of requests. Below is the project request deadline for projects that must be paid for in the current budget year and delivered prior to June 28, 2013.

Deadline: April 12, 2013

This deadline applies to projects that require design, consultation, copywriting or photography. Although we will make every effort to accommodate emergencies, we cannot assure that requests received after April 12 can be completed and invoiced prior to the June 28 budget deadline. This does not apply to requests for event photography.

If you are unsure about how to proceed, just indicate on your request that you would like to have a consultation first. If your budget permits outsourcing of design, please indicate how much as it may help us expedite your project.
