Valencia College President Sandy Shugart was quoted in an article in Inside Higher Education about the current focus on students completing college and earning their degrees. Dr. Shugart participated in a panel discussion on completion at the annual meeting of the National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development (NISOD). The meeting is being held in Austin, Tex., through May 30.
