This fall marks the opening of a new Valencia campus in Poinciana. Students interested in becoming property managers will have a new option this fall, when Valencia adds an associate’s degree in residential property management at the Osceola Campus. The Associate in Science degree in Residential Property Management is designed to train property, real estate and community association managers, as well as general and operations managers, in residential property management.

Valencia, which was the first college in the nation to win the prestigious Aspen Prize for Community College Excellence, offers a wide variety of programs for students.

The Associate in Arts (A.A) degree is awarded after a student completes a general education program of 60 credit hours. With an A.A. degree from Valencia, graduates are guaranteed admission to the University of Central Florida through DirectConnect to UCF.

Valencia also offers 34 Associate in Science (A.S.) degree programs and 81 certificate programs. These programs provide specialized training that prepares graduates for immediate entry into the workforce with a 93-97 percent job placement rate and an average annual salary of $44,764 – nearly double that of a high school graduate.
