Beginning with the Fall 2023 term, new and exciting food options will be available to students and employees. As Valencia College continues to research and explore affordable options for providing food service on campuses, the college has lined up the following options for the 2023-2024 Academic Year.
- Pop-up Kitchens — East, Osceola and West Campuses
Starting Monday, August 21, local restaurant vendors will host pop-up kitchens in the cafeteria areas on the East, Osceola and West Campuses. One vendor will visit each of the three campuses per day, Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., on a rotating basis to offer a limited menu to students and employees. Vendors include Capital Tacos, 4 Rivers Smokehouse, Domino’s, GoJuice, Jimotti’s Restaurant and Tijuana Flats. - Food Trucks — East, Osceola and West Campuses
This year, the college will continue to partner with food trucks on campuses. One food truck will visit East, West and Osceola Campuses every Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. starting Monday, Aug. 21. Valencia College students may show their college ID to receive a $4 discount on a minimum purchase of $4 at all food trucks on campuses. (This discount does not apply to pop-up kitchens in the campus cafeterias.) - Just Baked Smart Bistros — East, Osceola and West Campuses (Lake Nona and Poinciana Campuses Coming Soon)
On Monday, Aug. 21, Just Baked Smart Bistros will be available on East, Osceola and West Campuses. Lake Nona and Poinciana Campuses will also receive Just Baked Smart Bistros this fall. Each Just Baked Smart Bistro has a built-in convection and microwave oven and dispenses hot, cooked food, such as sandwiches, pizza rings, potstickers and desserts. Stay tuned for more details for the Lake Nona and Poinciana Campus locations. - Smart Markets — East and West Campuses, and School of Public Safety
Smart Markets will remain on East and West Campuses, as well as the School of Public Safety. - Campus Store — East, Lake Nona, Osceola and West Campuses
The Campus Store will continue to have coffee and snacks available for purchase. - Dunkin’ — West Campus
Dunkin’ will remain open on the West Campus.
In addition to the campus food options listed above, campus vending machines will remain available across all Valencia College campuses and locations.
