Disney Institute is bringing its renowned professional development program, “Disney’s Approach to Quality Service for Healthcare Professionals,” to Valencia Community College, West Campus Special Events Center (Building 8), on Tuesday, May 25, 2010. The full-day event will give health care professionals an opportunity to “experience the business behind the magic.” The program will give participants new ideas for creating a service-driven organization that delivers excellence.
