Orlando, FL – Valencia College Theater will present a one-act play festival, on April 20 and 21 at the Lowndes Shakespeare Center in Orlando’s Loch Haven Park.
Now in its fifth year, the student-directed one-act play festival is a collaboration between Valencia College Theater and the Playwrights Round Table.
The evening features a collection of short, one-act plays, written by local playwrights and directed by 15 student directors, using student actors. The result is a 90-minute evening of unique and diverse one acts.
The festival will run for two nights only – Friday, April 20, and Saturday, April 21. Performances begin at 7:30 p.m.
Admission is free. Because this is a popular event, please plan to arrive early. Admission will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Shakespeare Center is located at 812 E. Rollins Street, Orlando.
