Full-day program explores secrets of great customer service.
ORLANDO, FL (August 18, 2010) – Disney Institute is bringing its renowned professional development program, “Disney’s Approach to Quality Service,” to Valencia Community College, West Campus Special Events Center (Building 8), on Thursday, September 16, 2010. The full-day event will give area professionals an opportunity to “experience the business behind the magic.” The program will give participants new ideas for creating a service-driven organization that delivers excellence.
